The world has seen a great wave of changes in the past few years. Alongside the spread of the COVID-19 virus and the resulting death of a large number of people, there has been a profound impact on feelings and emotions. These developments gained more momentum, leading to a situation where the lives of many people were put on hold.

We have created a collection of 25 hand-made sculptures titled “Suspension,” which combines human and animal forms to reflect our perception of this situation. In this collection, humans are depicted as pieces of wood suspended in time, insensible to the sensitive situations they have experienced, and rolling like a sick person wrapped in bed.
